LEXELL provides a variety of construction services to meet our clients' needs including; general contracting, integrated design building, and development services. Our activities include a variety of contract types and delivery methods supported by in-house staff members specializing in estimating, scheduling, engineering, risk management, purchasing, safety, inspections and community relations. LEXELL seeks to generate and increase services as a real property developer with a construction service department, and an in house apprenticeship program. LEXELL is dedicated to promoting, protecting, and preserving the building industry as a viable economic force in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Our specific areas of interest include but are not limited to the following; school building and renovations, residential development, commercial facilities, and government projects. Our goals are to play an essential role in stimulating the local economy , addressing gaps in affordability, promoting sustainability, and developing a skilled workforce by reaching out to and partnering with community groups providing construction basic preparation training which prepares trainees for our in house streamlined apprenticeship program.
